Cookers of line '90 have square plates in cast iron 30X30cm (3000W) each plate.
Cookers of line '70 can be produced with square plates in cast iron 22x22cm (2600W) each plate or with round plates ∅22cm (2600W) each.
Upon request the line '70 can be delivered with plates in cast iron 30X30cm (3000W) each plate.
Each plate is controlled by a switch of 3 positions.
Entirely made by inox AISI 304.
Produced as a counter model, or on electic oven, or on a support of your choice.
